Navratan Korma – Restaurant Style Navaratan Korma Recipe – Mix Veg Recipe – Wedding Food

Today we will learn famous Indian Veg Recipes Navratan Korma. It is very delicious Mix Vegetable recipe. This Veg curry is also very popular as Indian Wedding Food. So just watch this easy Navaratan Korma recipe and try to make it at home.

Ingredients of Navratan Korma Recipe:
1. Paneer (150 gm).
2. Carrot (2 Medium sizes).
3. Capsicum (1 Medium sizes).
4. Beans (1 cup).
5. Cauliflower (½ pc).
6. Potato (1 big size).
7. Onion paste (1 big size).
8. Tomato paste (1 big size).
9. Ginger paste (1 tbsp).
10. Cumin powder (½ tsp).
11. Turmeric powder (2 pinches).
12. Red chilli powder (¼ tsp).
13. Garam masala.
14. Salt (as per your taste).
15. Sugar (as per your taste).
16. Garam masala powder (½ tsp).
17. Chopped green chilli (4 pc).
18. Refined oil (6 tbsp).
19. Cashew nuts (¼ cup).
20. Raisins (¼ cup).
21. Fresh cream (2 tbsp).
22. Milk (1 cup).

Methods of How to cook Navratan Korma:
1. Heat the pan and add 1 tbsp refined oil in it.
2. Fry the paneer pc lightly. Keep aside.
3. Add 2 tbsp oil more in pan. Fry all the vegetable like carrot, capsicum, beans, potatoes, cauliflower. Keep aside. Add ¼ tsp salt and 2 pinches of turmeric powder.
4. Add 3 tbsp oil in pan for making gravy.
5. Add garam masala. Fry for 10 to 15 sec.
6. Add onion paste. Fry it well.
7. Add 1 tbsp ginger paste. Fry for 2 min in high flame.
8. Add tomato paste. Fry for 2 min in high flame.
9. Add green chilli, ¼ tsp red chilli powder, ½ tsp cumin powder, ½ tsp salt and 1 tsp sugar.
10. Add some water and cook it in high flame for 1min.
11. Add cashew nuts and raisins. Mixed it well.
12. Add Fried vegetables. Mixed it well. Cook it in high flame for 1min.
13. Add 1 cup milk and 2 cups water.
14. When boiling add fried paneer and cover the lid for 10 min in medium flame.
15. After 10 min add ½ tsp garam masala powder and 2 tbsp fresh cream. Mixed it well.
16. Taste it and add more salt and sugar in it.
17. Now cook it for just 1 or 2 min in high flame.
18. Put off gas oven and serve hot Navaratan Korma with fried rice, pulao, roti, naan, luchi, paratha etc.
